As someone who has struggled with my own health battles, I started this practice to help others reclaim a life full of energy, vitality, and joy.
My journey began in my late 20s with a Hashimoto's diagnosis, followed by a partial hysterectomy in my mid-30's and subsequent early menopause in my 40s. The hormonal changes and depression made weight loss feel impossible.
After years of teaching group fitness, I never imagined I'd struggle with an unhealthy BMI. Feeling like a failure and exhausted all the time, I turned to a local medspa for GLP-1 treatment. It helped - but I was given no guidance on nutrition, supplements, or lifestyle changes. But it was the spark I needed to seek deeper answers.
I later discovered functional health, nutrition, and lab testing like HTMA (Hair, Tissue, Mineral Analysis) which revealed the mineral imbalances and toxic burdens my body was carrying.
Now as an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) & HTMA Practitioner, I use a data-driven, personalized approach combining functional labs, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes. It's about more than weight loss, it's about healing your body from the inside out.
I'm also partnered with a network of licensed physicians who can prescribe a variety of peptide options (ie, GLP-1) that support healing, fat loss, muscle building, and longevity. Whether you want to explore these or stick to a more holistic or even hybrid approach like myself, there's no right or wrong, but it's important to know that you DO have options, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
GLP-1 is a hormone naturally produced in your body that helps regulate blood sugar, appetite, and digestion. Medications that mimic GLP-1 (like semaglutide) help you feel fuller, reduce cravings, and support steady, sustainable fat loss - without intense restrictions or stimulants.
Yes - when used under medical supervision. While GLP-1 medications were originally designed for type 2 diabetes, they've been extensively studied and FDA-approved for weight management in people without diabetes. We partner with licensed medical providers to ensure it's a safe, informed choice for each person.
Not at all. GLP-1 medications can be used short-term to help reset habits, reduce weight, and kickstart metabolic health. Many clients taper off over time as their results stabilize and lifestyle changes become sustainable. We support you with ongoing coaching and supplement strategies so you’re never dependent on one tool.
Some people experience mild side effects at the beginning, like nausea or decreased appetite — but these often go away as your body adjusts. We personalize dosing and support you with protocols and supplement stacks to minimize side effects and keep you feeling great.
Most clients begin to notice a difference in appetite, energy, and weight within the first few weeks. Results vary based on your lifestyle, goals, and starting point — but our average client sees meaningful changes within the first 30 to 60 days.
We don’t just hand you a vial and wish you luck. You’ll get access to a full wellness system — including guidance, supplement support, dosing education, and expert check-ins — to ensure you feel your best and hit your goals safely.
